Psalm 8:1-2

"Oh, Lord, our Lord, how magestic is your name in all the earth!  You have set your glory above the heavens...from the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise..."

Livie is 11 months old!

I do not know where the last 11 months have gone.  It does not seem possible that my baby girl will be a year old NEXT month!  She brings us so much joy as her personality lights up our home.  She does so much more than David did at this age.  She is extremely active...crawling, rolling, cruising, ready to take  an independent step, tackling, opinionated, and so much more.  I should not have worried a few months ago about her eating habits...she eats everything in sight!  She loves grits, eggs, ritz crackers, mandarine oranges, peas, pasta, bananas, b'fast bars, puffs, mashed potatoes, pretty much anything you put infront of her she will taste.  She gets super excited when I kick on the microwave, she knows something is coming her way.  (Says a lot for my culinary skills! Sorry Mom.)  Another testament to me, is that she loves to hold the phone up to her ear!  Yikes that is scary.  She adores David, and will go for whatever toy he has, and it drives him crazy.  She wants to be where the action is.  She can go up the steps.  She plays in her bed when she wakes up, hardly ever cries for anyone to come and get her.  Sucks two fingers and holds her silky blanket.  She holds out her hand to reach for who she wants, and will wave.  She snuggles.  She says "ma ma ma'' and ''la la la'', claps, and dances when music comes on.  She is so much fun!  Thank you, Lord, for giving us a daughter that is healthy.   You pour out your love through her, and we know she is a gift from you.  I pray we raise her to know you, and to be thankful for your eternal love.

She is darling Garrett - what a sweet white dress in that first picture. Loved the clean house = empty house thought earlier this week. It has been ringing in my head this week. :) We won't be there for Christmas, unless of course Sis goes into labor...but Will and I will be there are soon as she does. Hope the party tonight was fun....we missed being there at Mom's.
